- Warm-up & presence — breath work, body awareness, voice exercises to get everyone out of their heads and into the room
- Active listening games — mirror exercises, echo dynamics, and rhythm-based activities that rewire how your team pays attention
- Collective improvisation — yes-and scenes, spontaneous storytelling, and group creation that build trust and break down silos
- Character & perspective work — stepping into someone else’s shoes to develop empathy and communication across roles
- Scene building — small groups create and perform short scenes, learning to collaborate under creative pressure
- Ensemble finale — a shared performance moment that closes the session and crystallizes the group’s journey
